Scenario: Same Frequency ($f_1 = f_2$). When Fork A (Driver) is struck, sound waves travel through the air to Fork B. Because both tuning forks have identical natural frequencies, energy transfer is maximized via Acoustic Resonance. Fork B hums loudly and violently flings the pith ball away!
Experiment Setup (Barton's Pendulums): Pendulum A acts as the driver. Pendulums C and E have the exact same length as A. When A swings, it forces the entire string to oscillate.
